Whole wheat bread recipe 1 loaf 2.5 lb 2 cups water 1 tablespoons molasses 1 tsp salt 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 1 tablespoons or 1/16 cup oil 1 cup white flour 4.25 cups whole wheat flour 1 tablespoon yeast 4 loaves 6 cups water 4 tablespoons molasses 4 tsp salt or 2 tsp of Himalayan salt 8 tablespoons ground flax 2 tablespoons ground sweet pepper 1/4 cup oil or 4 tablespoons 3 cups white flour 15 cups whole wheat flour 3 tablespoons yeast - add after mixing previous ingredients (this protects it from the salt) Knead bread until stretchy texture. Let rest in covered bowl until size doubles. Knead again for 30 sec. Divide into equal parts and shape into loaves. Place in bread pans. Set timer for 15 min. Then heat oven to 425 deg F. When the oven is up to temp, check if loaves are raised to a good size. If they are, place in oven and bake for 15 min. Then reduce heat to 350 deg F and bake for 30 min.
